Hockey Registration
Registration was held Friday, April 29. If you missed it, please contact one of the Executive. The application form can be downloaded from this site.

Coaching Applications
The Wingham Minor Hockey Executive would like anyone who has an interest in becoming a member of the coaching staff for any teams for the 2011-2012 hockey season, to submit the attached form by the hockey registration deadline of April 29th/30th.  If you are interested in helping multiple teams please fill out an application for each age group you would like to help with.

This will allow the executive to gauge interest and select the head coaches at our May meeting, once teams are selected in the fall the head coach would then be provided with a file of interested individuals that he may add to his staff if they choose.

We would like to see applications for any and all positions, Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, Trainer, Parent Rep., Executive Member

Wingham Minor hockey will cover the registration cost for any training, if required.

In addition, if you are aware of any energetic/qualified individuals that would like to coach within the Wingham Minor Hockey system, please pass this application form along.

WMHA, with the assistance of the Wingham SilverStick Committee, is continuing
FREE REGISTRATION for 10-11
to players from Junior Kindergarten to age 6 (Pre-Tyke/Tyke) for the upcoming season.
Fundraising committments still apply. First time players must provide proof of date of birth and specific address
for residency compliance. Feel free to ask any Wingham Minor Hockey Executive member for information.
